Harto Arte Morelia 2026: A Blue Wolf, Rain, and an Unforgettable Adventure

Some projects are about the final result. Others are about everything you go through to get there.

Our experience at Harto Arte Morelia 2026 was definitely the second kind.

What started as an opportunity to paint and share our work turned into an adventure full of unexpected challenges. The journey was exhausting, the rain made things complicated, and at times we had to repaint parts of the mural more than once. It was one of those experiences where you have to improvise, adapt, and keep going even when things don’t go according to plan.

For this piece, we painted a blue wolf with the words “I AM THE ALPHA.” The character was created by Arty, while I worked on the lettering, background, and the other visual elements that brought the composition together.

The wolf was also a nod to the furry fandom, a community that has been part of our creative world and continues to inspire us in different ways.

Despite all the chaos, the rain, and the stressful moments, we were able to finish the piece and share the experience with an incredible group of artists.

A huge thank you to Chous, Ana, and the entire Harto Arte team for inviting us and making this experience possible. We’re also grateful to everyone who stopped by, shared a moment with us, and made the trip worthwhile.

We came back tired, with plenty of stories to tell, and with another mural added to our journey.

That’s part of what we love about painting: you never know exactly how the adventure will unfold, but you always leave with something new.

See you on the next wall. 🎨🐺
